Countryside view

Fantastic placed place quiet and calm with closed parking. The road up is not so easy for inexperienced drivers. There are clean and beds are comfortable. Unfortunately internett was very weak. There ware salt and pepper in small bars bags and olny few of them. We were empty of salt after one day... No baking paper... So kichen is missing some stuff. Anyway we are very happy with out stay.

La struttura è formata da una villetta su tre piani. Noi abbiamo avuto a disposizione il piano seminterrato. All’arrivo tutto sembrava ben pulito ed in ordine ma era presente un forte odore di muffa e l’umidità nelle stanze risultava elevata tanto che la carta igienica in bagno era morbida perché intrisa di umidità. Per ovviare alla problematica era stato sistemato un profuma ambiente che però peggiorava solo la situazione con un odore poco gradevole. Sembrava che i locali fossero rimasti chiusi per molto tempo e non fossero stati arieggiati o comunque che il fatto di rimanere seminterrato compromettesse la situazione. Abbiamo segnalato la problematica e ci è stato risposto che non era disponibile altra sistemazione. Un secondo tentativo di comunicazione con la struttura non ha ricevuto neanche una risposta. Sconsigliamo di prenotare questo alloggio perché poco salubre. Inoltre, come da foto allegate, alcuni oggetti della cucina non risultavano ben lavati costringendo a rilavarli.

La stessa tazza dopo averla lavata per verificare che quanto si vedeva fosse dello sporco e non il colore proprio della tazza.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour de 2 nuits à la Casa Rosa. L’appartement tout rénové est confortable. Il manque peut être quelques petits équipements comme une passoire ou des bols. Par contre, il n’y avait pas de prise de recharge pour voiture électrique alors que nous l’avions choisi aussi pour cela. Dommage.

Excellent séjour

Très bon accueil. Appartement confort, idéal pour 4, 5 voir 6. La rue est très calme, le jardin et les environs sont magnifiques. Attention, il faut un moyen de locomotion mais semble indispensable de toute manière dans la région. Je recommande fortement cet appartement et la région, tellement de choses a faire.
