"A really lovely welcome from the receptionist. She was able to answer all our questions and gave us a bottle of water on arrival which was much appreciated. We stayed in the suite as we had 2 children. It was plenty big enough. The only issue was there was no sink with the toilet, you needed to walk into the ensuite off the bedroom to wash hands. The car park is a brilliant asset, however it's very snug to get in and park. Overall it was a lovely stay and exactly what we needed! An easy stroll into the centre of Arras for dinner and some delicious snacks from the patisseries 😋"

"Very nice hotel, but not easy to find,,, keep your eyes open and look out for McDonalds,,, the sign for the hotel is near to it!" The room was lovely, comfortable bed and it had a coffee machine which was a bonus! Only downside was the restaurant being closed, but it was a Sunday and it wasn't busy. I would definitely stay there again!"

"we stay here every year en route from Calais to the alps. Really great hotel for a stopover. Staff are super friendly and there is always a pizza and a pint waiting. Room services and reception staff all friendly and helpful. Very good location too if you want to visit Arrass."

"Parking on site was easy; meal on roof-top bar was very good; hotel only ten minutes walk from Grand Place and Place des Heros so very conveniently sited. (NB Summer 2026 Musee des Beaux Arts closed long term for renovation - if you want to visit check up before you go.)"
