"Great location clean and comfortable "

"We stayed here for four nights as a family of four (two adults and two young children) and had a fantastic experience. The customer service was excellent; the staff were courteous, polite, and consistently went the extra mile to ensure we were well looked after. A huge plus was the early check-in. After a long flight, we arrived two hours early, and since our room was ready, the staff kindly let us settle in immediately. The breakfast quality was great with a lovely selection of food. Additionally, the location is perfect, with tram, train, and bus links right at your doorstep. Highly recommended!"

"It looks a very nice hotel when we arrived, but soon when we got to the room the air condition wasn’t working. The sent somebody to fix it but with not avail. They moved us to another room. The bed sheets where not very clean. They said they change them every 3 days… the second night the air condition broke again and we were sweating all night. So cleanliness and amenities were not good. "

"This hotel was perfectly nestled in the centre ville of Colmar… it was truly like being in a movie set! The staff were remarkable welcoming us with pleasant attitudes and walking us to our room. We stay on the 3rd floor( yes there is an elevator) and our room was overlooking rooftops of the old town and all the windows opened… the music that played from the Easter Market floated into our room. The room was perfect two twins to make a king size bed, a soaker bathtub and an amazing breakfast included in the morning. We wandered the streets ate at local pubs and took a stroll with the map provided by the staff to the marché couvert. This town is a must do, Easter was an amazing time to go crowded but managemble and all walkable. In the morning after our breakfast we used the FREE electric navette to get to our train station at Gare de Colmar. I would love to come back at Christmas Market time!!! "Hotel was very easy to find. Staff was so friendly at check-in. Room had a wonderful view - and we loved the coffee station. Great location for walking around and using the public transportation."

"Our room faced out onto the car park at the front of the hotel. The sound proofing of the windows was awful. We were woke up at 06:30 with street sweepers and hedges being clipped. Woke at 04:00 the next night with people talking loudly in the street and then with the bins being emptied. Our room was On the second floor so not as though people were right outside. Hotel really need to think about replacing the windows to make them more sound proof as hotel in an excellent location. Also no tea or coffee facilities in room which was poor. "
