"Perfect place to stay with a dog. The mattress could do with an upgrade but otherwise very comfortable although there was an overwhelming smell of cleaning products in the accommodation. Food is excellent. "

"Staff were exceptional, very friendly. Always greeted you coming in or Leaving the hotel. When you passed housekeeping in the Morning, they all called out Hi if they saw you. Room very clean , spacious and quiet. Great hotel, very walkable and breakfast was also very good, with nice fresh cut fruit choices. Great place with all amenities needed in Aberdeen"

"Booked a twin and double room. Rooms clean and well appointed with a communal kitchen area for use by guests. Did not use breakfast service as we left in the morning before the hotel staff had arrived. Only small complaint was that the staff were unable to open the connecting door between the 2 rooms which would have made things a lot easier. "

"I spent five days at the lodge. The staff is excellent. Most have been working at the lodge for 20+ years. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and bathroom was small but functional. I appreciated being able to open the windows at night for fresh air. The pub is first rate. I strongly suggest having breakfast there. "Staff were very helpful and really nice. They kept the pub open for us to watch the football."

"The property was clean and modern. The bar area lovely and the breakfast was included in the price which was very reasonable. We did have a problem with hot water and the electricity went out in our room. The staff was very responsive but could have comped us for our troubles. Cold showers, etc. All that said, it was very convenient and worth the stay."
