"This hotel is an oasis from the bustle of Killarney. The room was very classy and spacious. Bedding was excellent and love that there was a down pillow. Breakfast was plentiful and lots of options. Stephen is very friendly, excellent bar tender and server. Actually, all staff we were in contact with were very friendly and helpful. Location is close to National Park and about a 15-20 minute walk into city Centre."

Housekeeping staff set up all cleaning carts and dirty laundry bags in the hallway and are talking loud to each other starting a little after 7am. Not considerate of sleeping guests. "

We dropped by the pub Saturday night and the musicians were very talented, playing traditional Irish music that had me toe-tapping. "Ein altes Gebäude, das aber laufend modernisiert wurde. Zimmer sind geräumig und sauber. Frühstück ist gut. Im Barbereich bewegt sich die Barkeeperin leider keinen cm hinter der Theke weg. Der Gast muss dann halt die Tische reinigen. (Getränke holen sowieso) Geht gar nicht."
