"Hello First of all, there's no pool at the property, there's a restaurant at the top where you can eat, we had tajine, rice and chicken. The food was delicious and tasty. Overall the service was good, the small thing I didn't like, I don't think if it's their fault or a FEZ thing, but we walk a lot to get there and the access is like a labyrinth. Once you get inside you forgot your pain lol. The Location is good and you can easily walk to the taxi and souk. Thanks"

The rooms look nice in photos but I found them very difficult once inside - nowhere to put anything in the bathroom, really poor lighting for getting ready in the evening, etc. The shower head in our room was terrible - spraying everywhere and so hard it was sharp and painful on my face even at lowest stream. "What a fabulous stay at this riad, well located on the edge of the medina. The staff was exceptionally helpful especially as we were traveling during Eid and needed some special assistance. Wonderful breakfast and delicious tangine dinner! Fes is a maze and coming back to this beautiful well-appointed riad after busy walkabouts was calm and peaceful.
