"My family and I really loved our stay in Fès. It was our first time ever in Morocco, and Mehdi was incredibly helpful. He connected us with a tour guide for our first day, which let us see many things we would have missed otherwise. The Riad is beautiful, clean, and in an excellent location — right across from the Andalusian Mosque and about a 10 minute walk from Seffarine Square, the tanneries, and many incredible markets. Every morning, Fatiha, the chef, prepared an amazing meal, as well as mint tea and coffee. She is one of the sweetest, funniest people around. We also had dinner at the riad one night, which was, unsurprisingly, delicious. We are vegetarian, and Fatiha was very accommodating. Some of our favorite moments were just sitting and drinking tea on the patio. One more general thing, not related to our stay - We had some trouble on arrival. Our plane was delayed and we ended up landing at 1:30 in the morning, which caused some trouble with the transport we’d arranged. As long as you aren’t trying to show up in the middle of the night, though, all should be good. Mehdi still went above and beyond in order to sort everything out, and wound up staying up until we arrived. And then drove us to the airport for our departure. He couldn't have been more helpful and kind - highly recommend House Andalous!"

"A beautiful 16th Century Fes Palace. We had a comfortable room on the ground floor just off the central courtyard. Roof terrace with commanding views of the city. Very helpful manager and staff. Good Moroccan breakfast and dinner available. "

"Such a wonderful place and people, accommodating even our little 8 month old! Plus one of our favorite breakfasts of our time in Morocco! The spread is unbelievable! The host and his family are so kind and the hotel with its intricate tile work and woodwork is just phenomenal. The location was incredibly convenient as well! Only an 8 minute walk (which in Morocco is nothing!) to the main parking for the town which was wonderful since we had a rental car. And also a short walk to restaurants and the marketplace. "
