A lovely, modern hotel right next to the Quay. Easy access for food, drinks, shopping and sightseeing. Check in was very easy and the staff were exceptionally helpful throughout our stay.

Great location near Sky tower, close to shops, port and transport options. Quiet. Helpful staff.

Very enjoyable 2 night stay at the end of our New Zealand holiday. Chloe and the rest of the Team at Reception were very helpful and friendly. Hotel is in ideal location for attractions, ferries and restaurants. Good continental breakfast included in the rate. Quirky hotel , very clean with good quality furnishings. Excellent stay. The hotel was superb. The room was clean, the wireless charges on the bedside tables were a great idea. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and attentive. The breakfast was lovely too. The only one issue I had is that I had to pay extra for a decaf coffee with my breakfast. It should be free.

Room spotlessly clean, luxurious soft bed and covers, exactly what I needed after 2 long haul flights. Staff very helpful and kind.

Really nice and spacious room in the centre of Auckland, with great views of the city. The hotel had great amenities and a decent breakfast. The only downside was the car parking situation, having to use the next door multi story car park and get your ticket validated on leaving.

Handy for access to the international airport. Great breakfast and quick check-in at midnight. Secure left luggage facilities were not in use on the day we were there, but had staff monitoring the area. Would use again.
