Carresses au chien, au chat, plouf dans la piscine, balade dans l'immense jardin, chant des oiseaux, on s'y sent comme à la maison ! However, if you have a pool, people will use it; if they use it, you need to have staff who can make sure it's clean and that there are enough towels. If you offer water, make sure the jug is full. As for the room, look at the photo in the website: even a standard room has a curtain over the bed to soften the harshness of the whiteness of the room... it's not too much to ask to have the actual room match the one in the photo...
