Hidden Gem

We found this hotel by chance after canceling our stay in Avignon and it was a pleasant surprise. Very kind staff, beautiful countryside views, spacious rooms, and reliable AC. I would strongly recommend this hotel to live the lovely French countryman experience.

Off the beaten path but worth the trip

We were on bikes and it was a longer trek from the Pont du Gard than I had realized when I made my reservation, but the rooms were spacious, the staff was friendly, the prices were affordable, and the dining area was on a lovely patio. We are glad that we pedaled the extra kilometers.

Hotel Le Gardon

Visiting Collias and stayed at Hotel Restaurant Le Gardon during la canicule (heat wave). Cooling off in the hotel swimming pool was wonderful & drinking a spritz on the Terrance as well. Breakfasts were nice. Didn’t try their dinners, but other hotel guests seemed to have enjoyed them. It’s a friendly place with a friendly staff. It’s worth the drive outside of town - the prices were great.

This is a hard to find treasure in the middle of the woods and in a small French Village. The Hotel is a delight.

Pool and quiet A/C were welcomed during the heat wave. Bed was comfy. We did not use the restaurant because of timing with our activities but also because of price. Sounded like it was better to book directly with meal plan if using the restaurant. Great central location to visit Uzès/ Nîmes/ Avignon/ Orange/ Pont du Gard/ Baux-de-Provence. No pet smell in room.
