"We had a fabulous stay. The location is perfect with the metro just outside, so an easy transfer from the airport and back.
The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.
Great rooftop pool with plenty of sunbeds and a great view over the city.
A short walk to some great restaurants and cocktail bars."
"The hotel is very close to the Atocha station as advertised. We went out of town for a few days before staying at the hotel and was able to secure spots to store our luggage for a very small fee (much smaller than paying for private storage lockers - the staff was very helpful in this area). The lobby and restaurant are very modern and had very good A/C during the heat wave; however, the hotel rooms are a bit dated and the A/C remained very weak despite us blasting it up (which we didn’t want to do in hopes to conserve energy but it was quite hot). We received complimentary cava as a welcome gift which was a nice surprise. We had a bit of a hiccup with service at the restaurant during a busy night (during the World Cup) but it was quickly remedied. The restaurant food was quite reasonably priced and very tasty - it’s much better to relax and enjoy a meal there versus rushing to the station if you are catching the train. We’d definitely consider staying again though we hope the A/C will be upgraded by then!"
"Really well located hotel opposite the Atocha train station and on the same square as the Reina gallery. Rooms are compact but contain everything you need. The hotel is eco friendly so you may need to let them know if you do want more towels or sheet changes. If you check in online you get complimentary soft drinks and hot drinks during your stay. They have a great rooftop breakfast and coffee area which serves fresh coffee and pastries. Breakfast is buffet style which you have to book a slot for as seating is limited some may find it limited in choice but there are a number of homemade pastries and cakes as well as fresh hummus and guacamole which is worth trying and there was plenty of choice for us. Staff are really friendly and helpful. The rooms have a Bluetooth speaker which is a great touch and to say you are so close to the main road the rooms are quiet with the shutters on the french style balconies (not sufficient to sit out on) working really well to block out the light. We stayed for Mad cool festival and the hotel was perfect for sleeping in after a late night but also close to festival transport. Really hope to visit again."
"Another lovely stay at this hotel, close to Atocha station and the Prado art museum. Easy check in with friendly staff. Spacious quiet room, comfortable bed. Nice bar/restaurant on the premises too."
"The hotel is directly across from Atocha train station and right next to the Metro stop so it’s very convenient. We walked to the hotel from the train station in just a minute. The hotel is very nice and the staff friendly. We booked a basic room and it was very nice with an extremely comfortable bed, a desk, a makeup area and a great bathroom. Even though it’s right by the station and at a busy intersection our room was quiet. We didn’t eat any meals but the hotel appeared to have a really nice restaurant and bar as well as a coffee shop. We would definitely stay again."
