"Loved the stay but housekeeping needs to tighten up. Room 405 didn’t have kitchen utensils or towels when I arrived. The top of the shelves and fridge was dusty. Same with light bulbs. I would suggest in the coming month to do random checks in every room bc it’s pretty unacceptable when it’s a serviced apartment. Also for my 11 days the housekeeping didn’t change my sheets until day 6. And then only changed the duvet when requested which I know bc of markings on the pillows.
