"We liked our stay at the hotel. The morning and afternoon staff were friendly. I do wish however that it would have been possible to get clean towels in the early evening. There was residual noise from the other patrons on the floor, which was somewhat annoying at night time. The room was clean which was good. "This hotel is in a good location at the end of Bond St in Ealing, less than 10 minutes' walk from train and Tube services to the city centre and Heathrow. Staff were friendly and helpful, so the service was excellent and the breakfast was very good. It was our first time in Ealing, and we quite liked it. "I had a great stay. Only one night but the staff were friendly and helped me with any questions, the place was really nice and clean and quiet too. The ability to manage the lights from my bedside was convenient too. Would recommend to stay here. They also held my bags as well after I had checked out, which allowed me to go out without having to carry my luggage around for the day."

The staff was kind, the tube was literally around 30-40 steps away, the line was a major line, and they fed me a great breakfast (included in the price) every day. "Fantastic staff! restaurant/Pub in the hotel. onsite free parking. The train station is 15 minute walk and 55 minute ride to London/Westminster. Beds were comfy, rooms were nice. My only complaint would be there is not many power outlets/ charging options. Not sure what they could do other than provide power strips. HOwever, we were able to make due and charge what needed charging by swapping things out. Would still stay here again"

"Hotel stay for a nearby event. I was in a single room. It was pretty compact, although perfectly adequate. Nice modern shower room. The bed was bigger than a normal single, which was good, but the mattress felt a bit well used and gave way a bit. Didn't have food there.
