"Booked this hotel because of the pool and gym which I used every day. Be aware that there are swimming lessons on a Saturday morning so you won't get a quiet swim then, but great at other times. There is an additional charge for this. Had to swap rooms as the fan in the bathroom wouldn't turn off, but the staff were really helpful in finding another room. There are areas of this hotel which need some attention, but it was clean, and the bed was comfortable and I slept well."

"Excellent check in with an unexpected upgrade. Room good with working air conditioning (important in London these days). The room service menu said everything was available 24/7. When I asked for a club sandwich at 10.30pm I was told there was only salads or pizza. Breakfast a large buffet with some very good items and some less good."
