"Perfect for a family! Clean, quiet, accommodating, great location, friendly staff — felt like we were in our own apartment for the week. Had just enough things we needed — we opted for a larger room with separate bedroom. Having our own washer meant bringing less clothes. Very close to convenient stores, supermarket, restaurants, etc."

"Enjoyed our stay. Breakfast is good, rooms are big if somewhat dated. TCAT is steps away (and I believe connected on the second floor?), allowing very easy transit from Narita airport by limo bus. Suitengumae Metro station entrance is even closer."

"The room was quite spacious and comfortable for a family of two adults and two kids, with more than enough space to move around. Everything was clean and well maintained, which made our stay very pleasant. We really enjoyed the breakfast—there are two restaurant options to choose from: one located on level one and another on level two just outside the hotel. Both offer slightly different menus, which gave us some variety during our stay. One small downside was the laundry room. The washer and dryer are combined into a single machine, which takes quite a long time to use, and the pricing felt rather expensive for what it offered. In terms of location, the hotel is very convenient. It’s right next to a train station and within walking distance to the nearest shopping mall, making it easy to get around and find food or essentials. Overall, it was a great experience and a comfortable stay for families."
