Service at the hotel is also great with staff always trying their best to serve you. Buffet breakfast has a good spread but if you opt to miss out then there's plenty local food places around the hotel. Pool is also nice, clean and big. Rooms are good and clean. "Hotel is locate within mall. Good for shopping and eatery at basement of mall. Near MRT 2 lines so easy to go to Batu cave with KMUTER and Chinatown with KJL line. Check in and check out are very easy and no cash deposit. Staffs are helpful. Have free drinking water in front of lift."

The hotel is situated in Chinatown very close to Chinatown market with lots of restaurants to explore and enjoy the food.
