"The customer service was exemplary. The beds were very comfortable and the shower was delightful - very powerful. It was just over the road from Sentral station which was convenient getting the train to and from the airport. The hotel has excellent views and we appreciated these in our executive suite on 33rd floor. The hotel also went to great measures to celebrate my daughter's birthday - a big thank you to the housekeeping staff for this. I would definitely stay again and thoroughly recommend...
"Checked in without towels (2 small towels and 1 floor towel) also fridge is not working at all for 2 rooms I booked 2722 & 2724, a bit disappointed. Request for late check out, only allow till 1pm for 1 room which is 2724. Suggest more training & upgrading in order to attract more return guests. "
"Hotel is locate within mall. Good for shopping and eatery at basement of mall. Near MRT 2 lines so easy to go to Batu cave with KMUTER and Chinatown with KJL line. Check in and check out are very easy and no cash deposit. Staffs are helpful. Have free drinking water in front of lift."

"Lovely property with wonderful staff. Right from the time we checked in to the time we checked out, we were treated as valued guests. The staff greeted us at every opportunity and asked if we needed anything every time we saw someone. Justine who took care of us in the restaurant was just amazing. She went out of her way to ensure we had all we needed. She even arranged a small cake and candle as my daughter turned 17 during our stay.
