"The room was rented with a broken TV and the hotel management didn’t bother fixing it or disclosing ahead of time. After making a complaint all the said was sorry for the inconvenience! The place is so small and run down with the rooms facing a shady alley. Pleas stay away from this place to avoid ruining your stay! "

"The room is ridiculously small. Although my search parameters were clear on dates, the system reserved an extra day that I could not use but had to pay for. The location is good. While the room appeared to be clean, there was garbage left on the floor that was not caught by cleaning staff. Be very careful when booking. There is no front desk. It is more akin to a rented room than a hotel."

"Clean room, efficient checkin, older quaint room but well cared for. Walking distance to some of Montréals best shops, Mount Royal, and of course Schwartzs deli. Thinner older doors let sound travel so keep that in mind as i saw complaints in other reviews. All in all it was my little home away from home for 2 days and i liked it "
