"Only stayed one night but the location was great and the hotel is clean. The rooms are tight, don’t expect to spend too much time in there (but why would you) and don’t expect to have space for a lot of luggage. My only real concern was that employees came into my room in the am (check-out day) THREE times. Once at 8:30, once at 10:30 and again just before check out. In none of these instances did they knock first so I felt this was a serious invasion of privacy. Great breakfast."

"I had a lovely short stay at ParkHotel. The staff were friendly and supportive. Nestled in the city centre, it’s surrounded by beautiful cafes and restaurants offering a fantastic selection of food and drinks. Plus, it’s conveniently located near the train station. There’s a car park and I noticed some electric chargers – I’m not sure if they’re hotel-owned. The toiletries in the room were great and the bed was big and comfortable. Coffee and tea were also provided. Thank you"

"This is a very convenient hotel to overnight on the way to the ferry ports to UK. It is about 100m from the E40 although there was no noise from the road. The room was large, very smart, air con and has tea and coffee facilities. The restaurant and bars were attractive but we took the opportunity of driving into Brugge. Check in staff were lovely. There is a local town with pubs and shops, and Brugge is just 8 Km away. The parking at -'t Zand Underground Garage is excellent plentiful, 5 mins...

"Room amenities were not 4 star. No USB ports, no kettle, warm fridge, safe that didn't open, bedside wall light front plate fell off, no instructions on how to operate anything, no information about breakfast/dinner menus, bed sheets do not fit the bed. Room was clean, bathroom was very nice, hairdryer included. Staff pleasant and mostly helpful. Restaurant did not make a good impression at dinner. Slow service, wrong order after long wait followed by another long wait for the correct...

"Pro: AC worked very well, bed was very comfortable. Room was spacious. Con: Towels didn’t smell fresh. Shower didn’t drain properly. Staff made us wait to ensure they got their money from Expedia which I thought was really weird. All attention at check out went there and they didn’t ask if we had enjoyed our stay."

In a pretty quiet location and staff were very helpful..cheeky that if you didn’t book direct with them that you had to pay €10 to park the car…especially as it is not near anywhere which is particularly busy. Hotel was a bit tired in the rooms but as I said fine if it is only for a night or two"
