"Absolutely lovely stay! The room and the staff were fantastic. They went out of their way to make you feel as special as the beautiful suite. The only things I wasn't thrilled about was that you need to enter and exit through the Michelin star restaurant. Slightly uncomfortable if you want to go outside for a smoke in the evening, but the staff didn't make us feel uncomfortable about it. Also, maybe some rugs would help. The 3rd floor room every evening sounded like people were dragging...

"Great hotel a short 10 min walk from the main plaza. I travelled with my family and the room was comfortable and big enough for us all. They had a complementary water fill station with containers to bring to your room. The staff was attentive and helpful when we needed."

Located at walkable distance from Wawel castle, Krakow’s main square, museums and other tourist attractions. The hotel has a great restaurant with traditional Polish food, We ate there twice and liked it a lot. We walked everywhere didn’t catch Bolt except for a couple of times. I would stay there again."

"Beautiful hotel and brilliant location. Quiet at night but not far from the centre of things. Exceptionally clean. Loved the never ending water machine in reception which also did sparkling water. Breakfast exceedingly good. The only thing which let our room down was that the contents of the mini bar were not cold but the friendly reasonably priced bar more than made up for it."

"The apartment was completely fresh, it still had that new smell. Fixtures and fittings were as pictured and nice and contemporary. The shower was a little awkward with being half enclosed, half wet room and did spill water out onto the floor. The bed was super comfortable and the pillows and the air conditioning was a god send whilst there during a heatwave and was super quiet. The triple glazed windows also keep out any noise from the street below, we couldn't hear a thing when closed. The...

"This hotel was very clean and staff were friendly and helpful. The decor at the hotel was stunning. Was in a really good area where bars and restaurants all around. Comfortable beds. The buffet breakfast was very nice with a lot of choice."

I had reservations about the room carpet though, especially with a hangover. Any return to Krakow would see me staying there again."
