"Staff was very helpful let me check in early due to rooms being already cleaned so we could drop off our bags. When leaving after check out let us keep our bags there at the office while we continued to explore the city. "We had a great stay at the Muni. Fantastic location, modern rooms, wonderful breakfast, but what sets this hotel apart is the service we received specially from the front desk staff who were always so attentive and considerate of our needs and comfort. From helping us with our luggage, giving us sightseeing tips, calling taxis for us, all this showed true hospitality and caring. The Muni made our time in Arashiyama truly enjoyable."
