"The rooms were clean beds comfortable. I fell getting in the shower the tub was very slippery. Filled out a incident report but have not heard from the hotel. Went to the clinic for xrays everything looked okay I am badly bruised up and down my legs and very sore"

"Breakfast was basic. I dont think Pets should be allowed. I dont want to see a pet peeing inside or outside. Pet dander. I have friends allergic to pet hair. They could never stay at Hyatt. Bottom of hot tub needs cleaning a few people were complaining about that. I agree. Should have happy hours ..."
