"Welcoming, friendly staff, clean and well maintained room and property, super comfy bed. Breakfast and dinner offered a variety of fresh cooked meals which were really good. The pub has its own car park too. Quiet at night considering the location in the middle of the village, great to have a window that opened in my bedroom with a decent blackout blind. Would definitely recommend staying here to anyone. A true hidden gem of local hospitality."

Top Ansty Hotel Reviews

Rose and Crown Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"We loved staying in this 13th century inn. We were given a room in the original section of the inn - amazing wattle and daub walls, original timber work and wonky floors! The River Avon flows past the front of the Rose and Crown property. A beautiful settling and a privilege to be able to stay here! If you love history, this is the place to stay in Salisbury."

The Merchant's House, BW Signature Collection

8/10 Good

"Great location with parking Tea/Coffee in the room, but no biscuits Hot shower, large bath towels Large TV, no easy chair in Kingsize Classic room, possibly as room was a little small Bed was good and enough power points Very good breakfast, but dining area dimly lit. Nice option on how eggs are cooked"

The Riverside, WorldHotels Distinctive

10/10 Excellent

"Really great stay here. Beautiful room and setting. Mini bus shuttle is a wonderful free touch and I want to give a special shout out to Anna on the front desk who went the extra mile when we had a “wardrobe malfunction”! 5/5 couldn’t fault a thing."

Old Mill Salisbury

10/10 Excellent

"5 🌟 all round................................"

The Chapter House

10/10 Excellent

"The room was very comfortable and clean. The bathroom was great, especially the lovely bathtub. Breakfast was included and was very good."

The Bridge House, BW Signature Collection

8/10 Good

"Great hotel. Well located for the airport. Clean and well presented with a nice bar and restaurant. Only downside was that our room was located at the front of the hotel and on a Friday night the road was very busy and noisy well into the early hours."

George Hotel

8/10 Good

"On the positive side the staff were really good. Excellent service and very helpful and friendly. The food was good both for breakfast and evening meal. On the negative side, it's an old building and is showing it's age. The floor in our room had a noticeable slope (disconcerting when you get out of bed at night). There was no hot water one evening for a few hours. Seems no-one had spotted the boiler was off."

Crown Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"An excellent venue for staying in the Blandford Forum area. Comfortable room with everything we needed. 10/10 breakfast ."

New Forest Lodge

10/10 Excellent

"Clean room, good facilities. Great to have Indian restaurant next door and garden centre for breakfast!"
