The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was good and filling. With tasty bread sausages and bacon. The staff were very helpful. I had to ask for help to switch the shower off as it seemed to get stuck. Unfortunately I was not able to use the pool and sauna as closed for maintenance. That had been what had attracted me to the property in the first place! Great location and easy walk to Gold Hill.

The reception area does look a little tired but our room was clean and looked as if it had been recently decorated. The carpet was clean and fresh, as was the bathroom. Breakfast was lovely and had everything we wanted. We would definitely consider staying again if we were in the area.

Excellent breakfast Staff all very helpful. Room fine however the dust on top of the wardrobe was really thick. The room was quite small so we put our bag on top of the wardrobe. Also the bathroom extractor was caked in thick dust. Hoover on both 30 second job.
