"Great location. excellent breakfast buffet. View of lake obstructed by city trees so don't expect a view. Town has lots of tourist. Nice place to spend a couple of days. In planning travel: we came from Dijon which was a long drive. But then went on to Colmar, Crazy mountain roads at least half of the way. Beware not easy driving. Very small room. Don't miss the museum in the Chateau very informative about the history of the lake.Take a boat ride."

"Spent one night here as a solo traveller. I was expecting a basic room, which would have been fine. But, I do expect the amenities to work. The shower head wouldn’t stay up and as the cubicle was so small it was also impossible to shower especially as I kept burning my arm on the shower mains due to the size. The lady on reception upon arrival was very unhelpful. Did not explain anything to me at all and just kept carrying on with what she was doing. However the gentleman that greeted me the next morning was great and went out of his way to help. It’s a bit of a way out of the centre but once the gentleman again explained there was a bus not too far away, it wasn’t so bad."

"This is an excellent hotel! The hotel is full service but also a quick walk to the historic center of Annecy. So the best of both worlds. We appreciated being able to reserve and pay to park our car in their small underground garage. The morning breakfast is not included but you have a choice between a very good buffet on the hotel terrace overlooking the lake or grab and go items at the small cafe in the lobby. The pool was a highlight as it was quite warm. The pool was a perfect temperature with sun loungers and a bar for spritz up the stairs. The rooms were nicely appointed with nice linens and good hanging space. And good air conditioning!!!"
