"the hotel is lovely. nicely redone and the restaurants and food is very good. the only issue and its important....the mattresses are incredibly hard. like sleeping on a table. if you like a hard mattress....this is a good thing....if you like something more comfortable....this is not the place."

"Pro= Perfect location, good soundproofing, very clean, helpful staff, lovely breakfast, Con= our room was double booked, we paid for a view of the canal, arrived and was told "Your room had maintenance issues, (which we later found out it was double booked) and we will DOWNGRADE" I was like say what, ..."
