"Covo dei Saraceni is an excellent hotel in the no car zone (pedestrians only) right at the ferry stop. At the beach & at the marina with umbrellas and chairs to purchase for the day. Lots of restaurants around. Outstanding breakfast included. Fantastic pool! Staff is awesome. Porter service to get your luggage up to main road for $10 per luggage. Our room had a large patio overlooking the main area, beach, & boats. Loved watching the activity below. I highly recommend this hotel!"

"The staff was discriminating and ask my fiancée our room number during breakfast as if we didn’t belong, breakfast staff named Camila. Also the room TV does not have any channels for movies in English, so we didn’t watch any tv at all. That made our stay awful as well"

"Very good breakfast buffet that can be eaten on covered outdoor terrace with beautiful view. Clean property. Several rooms (showers, furniture) and room corridors (unpainted damaged walls) need some maintenance and basic renovation to meet "4-star" standards. Definitely take room with Sea-View balcony, which adds significant value to stay. Rooms with view of city (or "partial view of water) not appealing."

"We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Marincanto. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and accommodating. There are too many wonderful people to mention, but a special thank you to Paolo, the concierge, who went above and beyond to help us plan amazing dinners and excursions that made our trip unforgettable. Chito, Dino, Jason, Mary, and Anita were also exceptional and made us feel truly cared for throughout our stay. The hotel itself is stunning, with breathtaking, picturesque views around every corner. We especially loved having access to the private beach, and the breakfast buffet each morning was phenomenal—one of the highlights of our stay. Thank you to the entire team for creating such beautiful memories for us. We cannot wait to return to Hotel Marincanto and experience its magic again! Highly recommended. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"

"The hotel told us our Ferry was canceled so we had to take a bus to Sorrento and A train to Naples. We found out later the ferry wasn't canceled so we went through all that and lost our Ferry fee Also eating on the deck with the beautiful view was not so great as you had birds going on trying to get your food. You couldn't leave the table."
