"You will not find a more exceptional hotel in the Lauterbrunnen Valley. The Palace is stunning, with 360 degree breathtaking views in every direction. Many rooms have balconies of these stunning views. The staff is wonderful and the amenities are excellent. Both their restaurant and bar are excellent, and the rooms are clean and updated. "We stayed for three days and this hotel was ideal for our purposes. The location is only a few minutes from the train station and a leisurely ten minute walk to the Schilthorn cable cars. The views of the Eiger, Mönch, and Jungfrau were exceptional…you’ll never have a better view at breakfast. Furnishings and food were on the simpler side — we very much enjoyed our time."
"About 5 minute walk from the train station. The view from the balcony is very nice. The room is clean. The bed is comfortable. The staff is very helpful with personalized service. We had breakfast and dinnners. The meals were very good."
