If you are looking for a basic hotel within 3-4 blocks of the central square, this is a good choice for the price. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful for the few questions I had. Place was very clean, if a bit dated. No breakfast included or very nearby that I could tell. No heat for those cool nights and only warm/hot water in the shower, not the sink. My first time in Antiqua, so don't have comparison of similar hotels in similar part of town.

Great for the price, loved coffee/water station

This was our most economical stay during a recent trip to Guatemala, and it was great for the price! We had a clean comfortable room with 4 beds and a mini-fridge. Shower was great and internet worked pretty well. We loved having the tables on the balcony and the always stocked coffee/tea/water station in the hallway was awesome!
