"The location fronts the river. The rooms were comfortable with great views of the river. The roof bar was relaxing. The staff was friendly. Breakfast buffet was great. To reach other parts of Porto requires strenuous uphill walks. "

"Great location, most tourists places within a 10 minute walk in all directions. Disappointed with the breakfast room, very small and not enough tables when busy. On the first day the breakfast was also available on a 2nd floor however this was then closed for the remaining part of our stay meaning we had to wait for a table to become free, member of staff said this was normal when it was busy but doesn’t really help when you want breakfast. Room check in is 3pm, on arrival we were told they would send a message when the room was ready however we didn’t receive a message. "
