"This is more a hostel than a family room. We had to take off our shoes at the house entrance but the floors were dirty and hair balls on the bathroom floor. The yard is run down and very cheap furnishings. I paid way too much at 247.92 to sleep on Ikea bunk beds. Communication was poor as I tried contacting them multiple times with no response. Im concerned as to why they are called Bellavista on Expedia but when you get there it is Forty Winks."

"I stayed here for two nights by myself. The guy who owns the place is friendly and put on a nice continental breakfast (salmon, cheese, eggs, fruit, yogurt, cereal, and brewed coffee). The bed was comfortable too. The building and furniture are pretty dated though and in need of upgrading. My room door lock was also temperamental. However, that said it was clean overall and the host mentioned he’s actively renovating, which is good to hear as it’s got potential to be a beautiful building...

"I booked the Shetland Suite not realising that it had a detached bathroom, it was only on arrival that this came to light, I was very disappointed & whilst the listing does state this I felt the title "suite" was misleading. The staff were very helpful, they were fully booked for our 1st night but offered to move us to a different room the next day, which they duly did and we were very grateful.
