"O flat é confortável, bem equipado, os funcionários do hotel são educados e atenciosos e a localização é perfeita. No entanto o flat estava com cheiro de mofo e no domingo 09/11/2025 por volta das 09hr da manhã, faltou água e com isso nem conseguimos tomar banho… o que realmente é desanimador, já que nem fui ao menos informado desta ocorrência."

"Ao consultar as notas dadas pelos hóspedes não tive dúvidas.As notas eram muito boas.Entretanto,para mim,trata-se de um hotel "franciscano",no sentido de total falta de conforto.Iluminação ruim tanto no quarto como no banheiro. Não há uma poltrona,uma mesinha no quarto.toalhas de banho desfiadas.O chuveiro é bom,mas o banheiro não tem sequer uma bancada.Café da manhã sem muitas variedades.O próprio café,de má qualidade.A única nota positiva é a gentileza dos funcionários."
