"The property was in a wonderful location. It was so nice to escape for a week after first visiting Athens. It felt like a true getaway. The cove in the property was one of the best places we've ever swam in. Our room had a great view of the sunset from right outside our window. Within a 3 minute walking distance to the beach which also allowed for some great swims. "Our family of 6 stayed in this very lovely, clean villa in Kalathas, Crete, which is a wonderful location. The beach near the Villa is beautiful with plenty of chairs and umbrellas (you have to pay for them)! We did drive to the beach which is about 1 mile away. The Villa is only a 15-20 minute drive to Chania. The pool was beautiful and clean. There are 12 apartments, and it was quiet and serene. We really enjoyed our stay which slept 6 people comfortably. Sandy was extraordinary and made sure we had what we needed. I would recommend bringing a small fan or two. The bedrooms were air-conditioned but not the main living area. We loved our stay. Thank you!"
