"Great room!"

"The view from my room was absolutely amazing. This is one of the very few hotels whose view looks directly DOWN the river. Not at the river like legitimately looks down the river when you look straight out of your hotel room. It’s amazing. The rooms are a bit dated but the price was right for what we paid. There’s no pool which was disappointing but the location is 10/10. Parking is kinda expensive but honestly just having a car in Chicago is expensive in general. Their parking valet service...

"Beautiful grounds! And excellent room. I stayed in the lake view room and the views were amazing! Friendly staff from the valet, front desk and room service. Breakfast was good. Perfect omelets. Location is ideal and next to the movies, walgreens. Parking is expensive but you have option for self or valet. The cocktails at the bar are nice. Exact pours tho. So i only had one round. The bar lounge area is inviting. The fire place is a nice touch and set a mood. The ambiance was great. "

"The room was very clean! The bed was very comfy! Very close to Millineum Park. Very close proximity to the L for easy transportation wherever you need to go! Would stay here again!"

"A flawless grand king room having three contiguous but separate and spacious rooms: a living room, large bathroom and bedroom. Each easily closed off from the other by a sliding door. Amenities in the room were unique and practical for a guest or traveled. The shower is large with bench seat, central shower ahead and detachable head. Premium scented cleansing accessories and two separate vanities finished off the space. L The restaurant on the entrance level prepared all foods from scratch...

"We were in town for a wedding and are very happy we chose the Fairmont. We stayed in a renovated room/floor. The room was clean and comfortable, shower was amazing. All staff were pleasant and attentive, especially Tamara in the Gold Lounge. She is incredibly personable and treated my husband and I like old friends. Definitely would stay again. "
