"The views from everywhere in this hotel are undeniably beautiful. However, the rooms and general upkeep are mediocre at best. The food is absolutely horrendous and overpriced. At this price point, we expected much better. Would not recommend."

The foot treatment consisting of ruining a walk on progressively more painful rocks was so bad we had to laugh. But... rooms were good and the staff were very pleasant. Everything else, that is standard, was really good."

"The location of the property was great but the room wasn’t very clean with dust bunnies and dead bugs. The property claims to have a 24 hr bus shuttle to and from the Catania airport but it doesn’t exist. You have to call a taxi to get to the airport. There was only a thin sheet on the bed so I had to use towels for additional warmth. "
