This location was just outside the city center and very convenient for walking. The staff and amenities were very good and easy to use. The nightly entertainment was excellent and from 9 to midnight. The large pool was refreshing and a bar adjacent. It provided a large buffet style breakfast daily. The setting was relaxing and enjoying.

Can’t fault this hotel. Very clean, staff were lovely and the pool are was wonderful. Our room wasn’t the most modern but bed was very comfortable and the room had everything we needed. Fruit at breakfast was very fresh and tasty. Short 5/10 min stroll into Taormina town. Perfect location and the bus terminal is just out the back of the hotel which is really handy. Close to the cable car to go down to Isola Bella too. We had a wonderful day and Pizzichella beach, with cheap sunbeds!

We love this hotel. It is perfectly situated with just a short walk into town. The views are breathtaking. This was our third year in a row staying with them. Also great being so close to the bus terminal. I can’t say enough how pleased we always are with them!!!

The views and surrounding landscape are absolutely top-notch. Both the breakfast and buffet dinner were excellent, and the hotel's location is very convenient, with the city center within walking distance. However, the guest rooms are in need of renovation, particularly Room 519 where I stayed on my first night. The air conditioning unit was extremely loud, and the fan speed could not be adjusted. In addition, the shower drain did not function properly, causing water to accumulate during use.

Hotel was good overall Location is really great with Taormina's main high street areas 10 min walk away The pool area is also so nice with beautiful views of the surrounding hills However, the public areas really need attention, as the reception, lobby, dining areas, bedroom corridors and lift etc . . . are terrible and look like they have not been updated since the 1960s Not being able to use the pool until 9.30 and after 6 pm is also rather annoying Breakfast is good though Also bad advice given by the hotel in terms of car parking - leading to a close on crash encounter with a nearby motorbike

We loved this hotel! It is in a fabulous location, right above the bus terminal, and a 5 minute walk from the Main Street. Hotel Ariston has a fabulous sea view. The hotel was spotless. All the staff were so friendly and helpful, always cheerful. Breakfast was amazing.. and plentiful. We loved the music in the evening . We enjoyed a few of evenings in the bar with Giuseppe the bar manager (his 39th year in Hotel Ariston! ) and Giovanni the hotel singer/pianist - he was fantastic!! Giovanni and Giuseppe sang a few duets together… just wonderful ! We will be back!
