"Oh how lovely to be in a creative environment and enjoy the lovely pottery pieces all over the property. It's a very relaxed atmosphere. We were so appreciative to be able to use the washing machine too. There are some lovely restaurants a 5 min walk away in Second Avenue. We will definitely be back next year on our return to Cape Town."

"I have stayed at Fernwood Manor for many years and the standards are always excellent. The staff are so helpful - nothing is too much trouble for them. Breakfast is legendary and always freshly cooked. The gardens are immaculate and the poll - devine. I cannot recommend it highly enough ! "

"Devonport House is a wonderful guest house in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. Jenn and Jacques are great hosts and very helpful with tips for restaurants and sightseeing.
