We spent 3 excellent nights at the Afton Safari Lodge. We had a large room with a sitting area, small refrigerator, and large bathroom. The bed and room were very comfortable and nicely decorated. But what really made our stay was the owners, Tony and Marieka. From the time we arrived, they made us feel welcome and made sure we had everything we needed. Breakfast was plentiful and good. We opted for the yogurt, fruit muesli, etc. Marieka also booked us a table for dinner at a nearby Italian restaurant. The food was excellent. We stay there again if we return to Cape Town.
