"We upgraded our room to a deluxe and the bedroom was huge, the bed was so comfortable. The room itself was clean and there was some nice features, it could do with a full length mirror . We didn't have breakfast as we thought £15pp was expensive when you can get it for less in town. "Das Zimmer war absolut sauber und schön. Im Bad gibt es teilweise Schimmel an den Fugen in der Dusche, was wir aber nicht sonderlich tragisch fanden. Ansonsten war die Sauberkeit nämlich perfekt. "The stay at the park in was ok. The curtains in the room were insufficient. With daylight at 4am, the whole room was lit up and made it hard to sleep. I was going to bring up this issue at check out, but was not even asked how my stay was. See attached photos at 4am."

"The Mercure is an older and I suspect much grander hotel at one time. It has a sense of opulence about it with wide staircases, high ceilings and stained glass windows, however there are also signs of aging, i.e. worn carpets, old windows. I think it adds to the charm. "Easy to find, parking easy, good location. We went out at 2am to watch the World Cup. Reception 24hours so easy to access at all hours. Would absolutely stay again."

"Horrible Hotel, my single bed room was very small. It faced the busy street. Loud vehicle noise. The walls are paper thin. I could hear everything from the room next to me. There is no front desk and I didn't see any employees during my three night stay. Key code to open the hotel front door. Once inside use your Key code to open the lock box and get your room key."

"This was the most dilapidated, dirty, stinky room I’ve had ever booked. Where to start . . . The walls were stained, the ceramic tiles on the bathroom floor were loose and broken, the room stunk of strong disinfectant, there were many spiders, and the bed was lumpy like an old straw mattress. The place was incredibly bad in every respect. We were there for ten minutes before we chose to leave. We didn’t even stop at the desk and ask for a refund, as we kind of knew how that would go, and time...
