"Amazing hotel with gorgeous pools and views. The staff was super friendly and helpful. We got upgraded to a suite which was incredible. Food was always top notch as well."

"Absolutely loved this hotel, sadly only stayed a couple of nights. The location is stunning and it's the perfect location to relax by the infinity pool. The food at the restaurant is amazing too and there is happy hour between 5-6pm every day with delicious cocktails that can be enjoyed by the pool. It feels very luxurious and the staff are so friendly and helpful. I suppose the only downside is that there aren't enough sun loungers if the hotel is busy, and the WiFi can be a bit patchy. "Great place to stay in Ubud. The service is simply spectacular. The accommodations were extremely nice. Peaceful area with a great open restaurant with many options, vegan and not. The morning power smoothie is a plate, not a drink and I had it all three mornings. The access road to the hotel was rough when we visited but once you visit Bali you'll understand that every property or hotel has bad access. Lovely place. I want to give very special thanks to Vita, Yoga, and Desak, they offered the best service ever. "

"We loved our room, felt like an escape! Swing and private pool, treehouse…like we were kids again just enjoying the time and each other. Also, a very helpful and kind staff, great bfast delivered to us every morning, wonderful atmosphere all around. Tip: as they say, it’s wise to have a Driver booked ahead of time for your activities. If you use grab, drivers will try to get you to cancel and pay them with cash… That’s our experience at least. So just be aware."
