"We recently stayed at this hotel, and overall it was a fantastic experience. The location is absolutely perfect ; very convenient and easy to get around. What truly stood out was the staff. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed, and throughout our stay, it felt like they genuinely went above and beyond to accommodate us. It wasn’t just the big gestures, but also the small details that made a difference. I mentioned at check-in that it was my wife’s birthday, and the team completely exceeded our expectations. We were unexpectedly upgraded to a suite, and there was even a complimentary bottle of wine waiting for us. Needless to say, they made us feel very special. The only small note is that the hotel itself is a bit older. However, it didn’t take away from the experience at all …. the ambiance, service, and overall atmosphere more than made up for it. Would absolutely stay here again."
