"The hotel has everything for kids and restaurants are nearby in abundance. The sea at the time we were there (April) wasn’t super Thailand like clean. Found it strange that the hotel bar was empty and not showing any sports on the tv. It needs an update and you could see signs of it having been empty during Covid. Staff were friendly, apart from when we asked for sports coverage in the then empty bar for the kids to watch. "

"Stayed here for 14 nights over Easter holidays Family of 4. The property is quiet away from the Hussle and bustle of Jontiem and Pattaya but close enough to get a cheap bolt taxi when you want shopping, restaurants and nightlife. The staff are great and the hotel is clean and tidy. We had a 2 bedroom suite which was large and very comfortable."

"Andaz Pattaya is a beautiful green oasis not so far away from Pattaya. We saw lots of birds and squirrels. Also since the hotel is brand new, it is also very clean and comfortable to stay. The breakfast was one of best we had in a while. "

"NOT RECOMMENDED. One of the worst resorts I’ve stayed at. You can get so much more for your money at other resorts nearby. The location was in the middle of no where and if you want to go into town, you have to take a grab or bolt. There is a hotel shuttle but it’s only at 2pm and 6pm.
