"If you are looking for a place to stay near Napoli Centrale, this is it. There are others around but this is the closest to the station and the most expensive. Otherwise it is just ok, clean, yes but rooms are small, noise transfer between rooms is a lot, amenities are few and don't bother trying to find ice or an iron. Also, if you are an adult, ask for more towels, the ones they give you are just enough to dry one leg."

"Service is average. Nobody helped with luggage when we arrived. Room needs renovation. Otherwise the hotel meets average expectations. Location is nice although away from the historic district. "

"Checking in was seamless and quick. The staff are very friendly and very helpful. Our room was quaint and modern but the view was overlooking the alley. Excellent shower and very hot. Breakfast was plentiful. Dinner menu is limited but delicious."

"The staff was less than welcoming; the room was small and loud (right on a busy road); the hotel is extremely dated; the walls are so thin you can hear other patrons in the shower (we heard burping and other assorted bodily noises which will not be mentioned); and although they advertise as a "Hotel and Restaurant," we were told the restaurant as not been open for while. The owner just doesn't want to advertise that fact on the website. So, if you stay at the hotel because of its proximity to the Naples Airport, please know that is it's best and only amenity. And don't arrive hungry, because not only is there no functioning restaurant, the staff could not recommend one good restaurant in the area. They do have a "happy hour" with potato chips and other assorted finger foods, but the bartender was less than welcoming when you order a drink or eat any of the food. Again, the ONLY reason to stay at this hotel is its proximity to the airport, as it is literally across the street and down the road. Otherwise, pay a bit more, take a cab, and eat at a restaurant in Naples. If we return to Naples and have another early morning flight, that will definitely be our plan. "

"The property was excellent. The area was sketchy. Overall would stay there again for the spa."

"The rooms are clean an spacious. BUT, beware that there is no pool. The hotel and Expedia know for years that the hotel description is a not true and they won't do anything. The hotel has Spa that cost a minimum of 15Euro pP extra and is not suitable for children. I just gave the hotel a 5star so other people see the review. I would not recommend leaving the hotel after dark."
