"We were very impressed with this Holiday Inn: the bed was comfortable, the room was surprising large for Europe, the restaurant was terrific (for breakfast and supper), and the location was fairly close to downtown (15 min. walk to the main train station, about 2 km from the beginning of downtown). It is located in an older industrial park area, so there are a lot of other restaurants around."

"We arrived in Naples by air, followed the signs to the Alibus and paid our 5euro fares. One stop, 10 minutes later brought us to both the central train station and Starhotels Terminus. We had a deluxe room with a very large, comfortable bed and lots of storage and seating. There is a big bathroom and a sweet balcony overlooking the enclosed courtyard. "Quite possibly one of my favorite rooms I've ever stayed in. I was directly in front of castell dell' uovo with a view of Vesuvius mountain and the gorgeous gulfo di Napoli. Stunning photos. The walkway near had everything from restaurants to shopping and so busy with people - great for walking and spending the day!"

"My stay this past weekend was amazing. The hotel was nice. breakfast was lovely (with gluten free options), the view was amazing. I am sooooo glad I didn't stay in the city, because of got to really relax. Now the recommendation - PLEASE HAVE A SHUTTLE FOR US to at least get to a train station. I had to pay 25.00 euros to even go just a few miles to either town. Then to go to Naples was 100.00 Euros. The airport was another 140.00 euros. So if you at least have a local shuttle,...

"This is in the heart of Naples, so bear in mind, it’s a gritty city. Quiet alley like street. Lots of graffiti on the streets nearby. Very short walk to Spacca Napoli, one of the main streets to stroll through the gritty heart of Naples. Elegant dining room for breakfast though the breakfast buffet was relatively ordinary by Italian standards. Glad we stayed here, though. "

"A short walk from the train station (less than 5 minutes) it was above expectations for what we were looking for during our stay in Sorrento. The staff was helpful and very friendly, we were on our honeymoon and they had a bottle of wine brought up to our room. It was close many restaurants and shops. We will definitely be returning when we come back to Sorrento again. "
