"5 stars the only play to stay in OKC"

"This hotel was extremely overpriced for the quality and service provided. We had to wait over two hours past check-in time because rooms were still being cleaned. To make matters worse, we were initially given a key to a room that was already occupied. I booked two rooms, and while one was ready, they had to scramble to find another room for us. The next day, staff tried to kick us out of the second room claiming it wasn’t ours, and the cleaning staff was incredibly rude about it. The hotel itself was dirty, with visible mold/water damage spots on the ceilings, and the beds were old and uneven. Overall, a very disappointing experience and definitely not worth the price. I will never stay here again."

"Breakfast was pretty good. Room was small with no closet. Stayed 4 nights and they did not come clean the room, and would not empty our trash or bring towels when we asked. They did give us some towels and a trash bag at the front desk. The mattress was worn and had indentations where others had slept. Sheets were clean, but elastic was worn and the sheets would not stay on the bed. Free shuttle to Bricktown was nice. "

"The bed was not comfortable, and the room was somewhat noisy, so I did not get a good night's sleep. Breakfast was fair. Shower pressure was great!"

"The place is disgusting, dirty and unhygenic . We have noticed that the aircon guest used it as an ashtray. We were in room 341, and rm 307. The condition of the place is appaling. Theres no Health and safety for guest. The accommodation is for smokers but its so bad. Sheets looks dirty and smells bad. Appears not been washed gor months. Not for me. Sorry. 0/10."
