"Very modern stylish hotel perfectly situated between busy good shopping area and pedestrianised area with endless restaurants and bars, still nice and quiet for overnight stays since the double windows. Liked the moderne design of the ground floor and bar/restaurant, pity it was just one person responsible for the bar and restaurant so after waiting for ever to be severed for food we eventually gave up, Not so nice was also the constant loud mainstream music all over the ground floor."

"Hotel location in Old Town was excellently situated right next to the river and all the hot spots. The room and bathroom was very spacious. Beds and bedding were clean and comfortable. The room was very quiet thanks to the enclosed balcony that kept all the street noise out of the room. There was a good sized desk and closet storage as well as outlets and USB bed-side. "Inexpensive location to visit Bilbao. Transportation is a 20 min bus ride to downtown. Staff were helpful with directions and special requests. The room was tired and not well cleaned. Furniture was scuffed, fridge did not work and dust was on all the trim. "

"Nice little beach front hotel. I wish we had booked a beach facing room. The view would have been amazing, I’m sure. Our only drawback was the lack of usb ports available in the room to charge phones etc. These are pretty standard in hotels now and the lack of even one port was unusual."

A well-equipped kitchen for the 3 days that we were there, a block away from a grocery store and a 15-minute walk to the Guggenheim Museum. The Old Town was about 20-minute walk but an enjoyable one dive a good part of it was walking along the riverside. "
