"Unfortunately one of the elevators wasn’t working (not their fault) but resulted in lengthy waits but again not really there fault, staff were really friendly "

"No Ac in my room but the staff did provide a box fan. The area around the hotel is run down. My room was nice, bathroom amazing and bed plush. Overall a good stay."

"I loved that they had a dog area with poop bags, and it was a nice little walk near the boats. The coffee is so watery so that could improve greatly. "

"The hotel self is great, but the area around it is quite chaotic and somewhat rundown, and the constant trains at all hours is not fun"

"The room was clean and supplied my needs. I was disappointed in the WiFi which was basically non-existent in the room I was in. I was also disappointed that I couldn't access the pool area. I was pleased with the nearness of shopping as I was without a car and could easily access shops and stores. I would stay again."

"I enjoyed my stay. The woman who checked me in was pleasant and efficient. The room was clean and newly refurbished. The only criticism I have is that the sign in front is somewhat 'discrete' and I passed the property before having to find a place I could make a U turn and figure out where I had gone wrong.....maybe some new, bright paint on the sign would help."
