"This Hotel is in a wonderful location very close to the town and the hotel staff are super helpful in organising Bus tickets /Trams /Boat tour etc . We asked the hotel to book two private tours and this was one of the highlights of our 7 day trip to Lisbon , the tour guides on both occasions were amazing , we saw so much more than what we could have done going solo . "Our room was nice and clean and very comfortable. I loved the decor. I like the color and the artsy vibe in both the room and the lobby. The staff were nice and helpful and always with a smile. One morning, we had to leave early at 7am before a day tour and so breakfast wasn’t open yet. Even the bakery nearby wasn’t open until 7:30! The quality of the breakfast was excellent and everything is prepared to order but the service is "leisurely", don't expect to be finished quickly!
