"Very helpful and friendly staff. Check in and check out were done at one of their many kiosks. So no waiting in line ( at least when I checked in and out). Room was small but functional and will accommodate solo travellers well. But no more than two to a room. There's no fridge so plan accordingly when buying food/water or other perishable items. It's quiet and I specifically loved the window covers that block out 98% of the light. So getting a good night's rest wasn't a problem for me. Only thing for me was i dont read or speak Japanese. So turning on certain appliances inside the room was a challenged. But it motivated to learn the language."

"The hotel is LINKED DIRECTLY in the DOMESTIC TERMINAL 2 of Haneda airport. You can walk pass DOMESTIC terminal towards INTERNATIONAL TERMINAL too. Free shuttle bus towards TERMINAL 1 & 3 available at Bus Stop number 9."

"Modern and clean. The free shuttle bus from/to the airport was fantastic. Staff all spoke fluent English and were extremely helpful. Rooms were small but thats standard in Japan."

"Decent place, felt a little awkward vibe wise at times and the area always felt a little unsafe at night. Room was alright, having to ask to change sheets for longer stays was annoying, realistically that should just be on a rota. Breakfast was included at a very low price according to the booking, but it isn’t actually included and the breakfast options are pricey add-ons."

"Location is very convenient. It’s about a 5-6 minute walk to JR Kawasaki Station. Plenty of places to eat and a 7-11 nearby. The staff is very helpful and patient."

"We booked this hotel for it proximity to the cruise terminal. This is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. From arrival the staff were so friendly and helpful. From helping with our cases, local information and just supreme efficiency they were amazing! The room was very large and had a huge bed. It was immaculately clean, with every amenity you might want inside. I slept so well, like I was on a cloud! I wish I had their bed at home. The buffet breakfast had everything! In the Japanese section the salmon was delicious, My following cruise has some high standards to follow!"
