Had a fantastic 3 weeks stay while we explored more of Japan than we managed on a previous visit and hope to return again as still more to see and do. Great location for accessing the train system , loads to see and do day and night in the area.

A nice and reasonably priced hotel

It was my third time staying at Daiwa in Kawasaki. It’s clean and hotel associates are courteous. Prices are very reasonable.

Great Location!

The location was awesome! So many great shopping and eatery options very close by. The main train station is roughly a 5 minute walk from the hotel, and it was a quick 14 minute train ride to the Haneda Airport. Thoroughly impressed and happy with our stay, will definitely rebook again in the future.

Nice stay in Kawasaki

Near JR Kawasaki Station, bus terminal and commercial area with lot of shops and restaurants nearby. The entrance, beside a convenience store, is not so visible, and the from is in the first floor (2F). Clean and comfortable room, kind staff, very nice stay.

Very nice hotel and very nice staff. Love that FamilyMart was connected from within so it made going to the conbini very convenient. Area surrounding the hotel was also very nice. Such a lively area with multiple things to do and places to eat. Also very close to the train station and JR lines. Only about 30min out from Tokyo by one train. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to family and friends!

The hotel was excellent. It was clean, quiet, and the staff were friendly and helpful. They assisted me with a quick check-in even though we arrived late in the evening. After check-out, the staff kindly stored our luggage so we could shop around the Kawasaki area before heading to the airport in the afternoon. If we have the chance to return to Japan, we will definitely use their hotel system again.

Our room was spacious and meticulously clean. Bedding was comfortable and my granddaughter loved the comforter very much. Amenities were of good quality and coffee packets were excellent 👍 I enjoyed every cup. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Thank you for making our stay comfortable.

The room was reasonably sized but an in-room safe was no available. This was not a concern being in Japan. It is safe. Everything is just as what you would expect, neat, tidy, clean and comfortable.

Was a little skeptical because of some other reviews, but for a week during the New Year, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Family of 5 (2 adults, 2 kids, 1 infant). It was cheaper to get two rooms and then after the New Year the rooms were very inexpensive when we decided to extend. The room can be considered small, but it was perfect to fit everything we had. We loved the ease of access to the train station. I saw reviews about laundry being on smoking floors, but I did luandry on floors 3 and 7 and had no issues with the smell of smoke, not even sure there were any smoking allowed in rooms. The amenities were perfect. Staff was amazing. There was nothing sketchy about the surrounding area, as we felt safe, just some interesting women, I guess doing their "late night work." Plenty of shops around to grab a quick snack, plenty of markets to get other necessary items for your stay. Plenty of last minute food options that were great too. I would absolutely recommend this hotel and will stay again on our next visit.
