"Good place if you just want a budget friendly and reasonable place to stay in a great location. It is a hotel/hostel mostly used by ‘salary men’. It was clean, good temperature, cleaning once a week, very close to metro station and a Family Mart, Matsuya, few restaurants. A bit old fashioned, but perfect for non demanding travelers, who just want a clean, basic place to sleep."
