"Was not impressed with this facility. I was going to cancel the second reservation I had after my first stay, but then had to keep it after I noticed it was non-refundable. I definitely won't be coming back. "We were welcomed at the gate and taken to the reception desk by one of their very helpful & friendly employees. We had to sign a sort of indemnity document so whilst we did that he went into the room and put the Champagne I had requested (A great choice within the bounds of the budget I had set) into a big bucket of ice for us. We were escorted to our room shortly after and given a brief walkthrough to show us how everything worked, which keys are for which door, etc. There is a booklet...

"The Casta Diva is a wonderful boutique hotel. The rooms are very clean, with loads of space and well decorated. The place is perfect for a romantic stay as well as for family. The gardens are beautifully maintained. It's a pleasure and so relaxing to walk around the property. There is also a nice pool to refresh yourself. The staff are really nice. Very attentive and helpful. Service is very hot in their priorities. The food in their restaurant is also excellent."
