The restaurant was a little odd since there was only an employee there, but the food was very nice. The game around the lodge was neat to see. The room was very nice also.

This is the best game lodge destination I’ve been to. I highly recommend this property. Louise, Judy and Alice made my 4 day stay a relaxing time. They went out of their way to ensure my stay was peaceful after a stressful couple of weeks travelling. If you’re looking for some downtime at a game lodge near the airport than make your reservation at bird and game lodge . See you all again in a few weeks!

Louise came to pick us up at the airport within 10 minutes of phoning. Super quick. Quick check-in and Louise was very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The room was exactly what we needed for 1 night and warm. Staff were on hand to offer help and guidance. I would recommend this property and will stay next time.

Room was adequate for a cheap price. Helpful n very friendly hotel staff. They helped me get a personal driver for touring. Cool to see some animals running around the grounds. FREE breakfast too! Wasn’t so keen about having to run the hot water in the sink n shower for a few minutes in order to get hot water, but it only took a few minutes, just a small minor inconvenience.

This is a great place to spend a couple of nights before your flight. The complementary pick-up was very smooth as was the drop off. The relaxed atmosphere, great food and wonderful grounds were very welcome for an extended stopover. Price was also very competitive.
